Now in Guyana. Not to be confused with Ghana.
Over the years, I have used this blog to share my thoughts on interesting topics that have popped up in my life, usually from an economics angle. I started the blog while working at the Council of Economic Advisers during the financial crisis. When I moved to Ghana to run impact evaluations for IPA, my posts diversified to include not only economics, but cultural and political observations about my new home.
After two years in grad school and a wedding, I've brought my new husband and my two step-dogs with me to Guyana, where I will be working at the Ministry of Finance. I will continue to use this blog to share bits of our life here, and what my nerdy head thinks about it.
